Please be aware that in order to exchange an item it must still be in perfect condition and you must have the original box and all the original packaging. You are also required to get an RMA Number before sending an item back. Please contact us to request an RMA Number before returning a product for an exchange. All products that arrive here without RMA Numbers will be refused and returned to the sender. Once we receive your item you will be informed that your item has been received, then you will be given credit in our store for the full amount of the original purchase price, (minus the true actual cost we paid to ship the item to you), less a 10% restocking fee. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the original item to be shipped back to us and we recommend that you insure the item for at least what you originally paid.
Merchandise Delivery Refusal
If an item is refused simply because the buyer has changed his/her mind a refund will be given in the amount of the purchase price (minus the amount it cost us to originally ship the item to you and the cost of return freight to us), less a 10% restocking fee. Note that this policy is only for goods ordered and shipped online, and not in store purchases. All livestock sales are final. For further details please refer to the Terms section of this website. The shipping company will not refund that shipping cost back to us if the shipment is refused. If the item is damaged during the shipment back, the buyer will be given a refund (minus the estimated cost to repair the damages & the actual amount we paid for shipping). The buyer will be reimbursed for the portion that was deducted for repair costs if & when the shipping or freight company approves our claim and issues us a reimbursement check.
List the following information on a blank sheet of paper and include it in your return package: your name, address, and phone number; the product information--including item number, size, color, and quantity; reason(s) for return; and requested action you would like us to take.
